do something about it. By convening area healthcare providers and
creating a local, affordable preventive healthcare program the 20,000 or
so people in the City of Spokane who currently don’t have or qualify for
healthcare will finally have a sensible option. The fee-for-service
preventive healthcare program will allow the city to recoup administrative
costs and provide some level of healthcare for thousands of residents in
the city.
